4. Project Scheduling and Timelines

Project start dates and timelines are estimates based on availability of labour, materials, and site conditions.
4.2 Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply issues, permit delays, unforeseen structural problems, or client actions.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
Clients must provide accurate details about project location, conditions, and requirements.
5.2 Site Access
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the project site throughout the duration of the project.
5.3 Approvals
Clients are responsible for obtaining required strata, landlord, or HOA approvals when applicable.
5.4 Interference
Clients must refrain from interfering with workers during active construction for safety and quality assurance.
6. Deposits, Payments, and Billing
6.1 Deposits
A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposit amounts vary according to project size and material requirements.
6.2 Progress Payments
Large projects may require milestone-based payments outlined in the contract.
6.3 Final Payment
Final payment is due immediately upon project completion.
6.4 Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in suspended work, withheld warranties, late fees, or legal collection actions.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Client Cancellation
If the client cancels a scheduled or contracted project, they may be responsible for material costs, labour costs incurred, and potential forfeiture of deposits.
7.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a project if conditions are unsafe, the client is uncooperative, the project violates building codes, or the client breaches the contract.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
8.1 Workmanship Warranty
Workmanship warranties may be offered depending on the project. Warranty details will be included in the contract.
8.2 Exclusions
Warranties do not cover weather damage, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, misuse, third-party modifications, or structural issues unrelated to our work.
8.3 Manufacturer Warranties
Material warranties are governed solely by the product manufacturer.
9. Permits, Engineering, and Compliance
